This is the 1st episode of Dragnarok
Summary[]
In a unknown forest in the north, Bea and her parents are running away when suddenly a Cursed attacks them. Bea's father told her to go and he stayed behind. When a Cursed (presumably the infected father) reaches them Bea's mother tells her to hide in the woods. She attacks the cursed but is unable cause any damage and after being pierced she transforms. Later Bea gets attacked by her mother where she hiding.
The scene cuts after Bea is attacked and a narrator explains the background of the story. Long ago Aradel was ruled by creatures known as the Dragnaroks. The Dragnaroks were the absolute rulers of Aradel, each ruling for 1000 years before a new ruler was chosen from the strongest and wisest dragons in Aradel.
The narrator explains how the Sixth Dragnarok went rouge and created a soulless monster which spread like a plague upon humanity eventually becoming known as, the Cursed. As punishment for his crimes, the Sixth was Imprisoned by the Dragnaroks who preceded him. Powerful magic placed him within eternal sleep. But even then the Cursed remained, forcing survivors to the north.
