The Arbor Satus is an ancient entity, and the overreaching antagonist in the Dragnarok series.
Appearance[]
The Arbor Satus are three trees merged into one. Inside of the Arbor Satus there is a room with invisible stairs that lead to the top. At the top of the Arbor Satus, there are a collection of wooden faces with glowing eyes and mouths. Behind those faces are the seeds of Arbor Satus.
Personality[]
The Arbor Satus has a strong hatred for dragons, Dragnaroks, and their descendants. Despite claiming they know what is best for humanity, everything they had done has brought harm to them such as delaying the delivery for the cure for the Znichars and corrupting Sektus, even actively helping him destroy humanity.
Plot[]
Long ago, the Ancient Mages of the past created three magical plants for the purpose of defending humanity. Over time, the three plants merged into a single entity whom the Mages hopes to inherit that purpose.
Many years later, the Dragnarok Quintus went rouge and began turning humans into Znichars. To stop Quintus the Morgue Kirym came alongside four others to receive the trees’s aid. But aid was the last thing the tree was to grant them. It first lured over and killed Atun, who was searching for firewood. Then it proceeded to kill Vera before speaking to Kirym and Aesta. After giving Kirym the seeds, the tree proceeded to attack them, killing Aesta as they left.
